My opinion about this hotel Leonardi Torino

FAILED IN MOST EXPECTATIONS! 1.They have BIG problem with HOT WATER! And wasn\'t coincidence cause i notice in older comments that they mention the same thing. Plus they said to me that was only my room that had problem but i spoke with other residences and they had the same problem. Then they change me room and there was the same problem and I was very upset with this cause at least they should check before they ask me to move my things in that room! 2. The people who are working there they don\'t speak English or they badly speak it. 3. Very poor breakfast and they don\'t refill it. 4.NOT very clean hotel and the bathroom was smelling bad. 5. WIFI was working very bad.

Only good thing is the location. Perfect location for a tourist to stay but better choose other hotel. ..I\'m still wondering why this hotel has 4 stars

Servicio perfecto. No tuvimos ningún problema. La habitación adecuada, calle muy iluminada por la noche y sin ningún problema, con tiendas y restaurantes cerca. Desayuno incluido muy variado. El zumo no estaba bueno y el café regular. Pero todo bien.
