    3 stars??? No way...

    The staff was nice.

    Our bathroom was outside of the room (nobody told us that before or during the booking) no explanation no discount for the inconvenience.

    The Eletrical plugs were all over the place (Disconnected from the wall)

    The tv remote was filthy. And nobody could see tv because of the position.

    Bugs all over the floor.

    The breakfast was poor and we had a bug inside the juice!!! ( Bonus)

    All the doors of the building made a cranking noise.

    So.... no.

    We will not return to Basilea Florence.

    Dirty hotel, rooms are not clean. Poor WIFI. Staff was rude. Not 3 start hotel at all
