    Location great, not 4 star hotel

    Great location, right at bus stop from Tegel airport and U-Bahn. Close to shops. Nice hotel but needs work. Front office not efficient, manager a duty 'trains' co workers, not in a friendly way. Hotel room small, no view, looking out over small inner court. Shower broken, worked handheld only. TV remote not working so we did not use TV. Breakfast was nice!
