I purchased fully prepaid half board package through destinia.com which offers "room only", "room and breakfast" as well as "half board" options for this hotel. On the check in date the hotel staff at the HHonors club counter insisted that half board shown on my voucher only includes breakfast. Asked another staff on duty at the HHonors counter to confirm the inclusion of "Half Board" next day when checking out and finally she and her colleagues admitted my half board prepaid reservation should include dinner. Since we did not eat dinner at their restaurant on previous day, they gave us acceptable 50 Euro cash as compensation. However, this is not the end. Recently I received my credit card bill and found they charged my credit card presented at check in for 50 Euro without my consent. I hope this is a very unusual case experienced by a HHonors gold member..
