The hotel received mixed reviews from guests. While some praised the potential of the hotel and the efforts of certain staff members, others highlighted several areas for improvement. The beach initially had cleanliness issues but improved after intervention from management. Some guests also mentioned outdated rooms with mold and noisy air conditioning. However, positive comments commended the friendly and helpful staff members, particularly Mr. ASHRAF, the restaurant manager, HASSAN from the reception, ABDO from the bar, and AHMED TOTO from the beach team.

Room: a little tired, but good view from the 4th floor. No bed bugs!
Service: If you tip a little 10-20 Egyptian after dinner, you will be served a drink and quick cleaning, I usually leave a tip under the sugar plate.
Food: Always found something good to eat, we never had an upset stomach!
(Omelet, fried eggs, pasta, bread, baked goods, +various dinners)
The room: (+minibar + free water) was also very good with a tip of 10-20 and a nice chat with the cleaner
Everyone is very polite and helpful, we felt very safe in the hotel.
Location: The hotel is a bit on the outside of Hurgada, but there are 5-6 small shops within approx. 100m where you can buy juggle or sweets.
Actually, we found out that you should only eat from the minibar as it is cheaper than the shops around.
Taxis are always outside and cost next to nothing. We took the usual tourist trap trip to 400 Egyptians, then we were driven to the old market and given a tour of the Fruit, Meat, Fish, Spices, clothes shop market this was a trip of approx. 1.5 hours this is a typical tourist squeeze money trip, but afterwards the taxi came and drove us to Marinen, after that another taxi drove us back to the hotel.
Really recommend the tours offered on the 1st floor of the hotel, you can haggle a bit but the tours are worth the money.
We went on an ATV trip with our own guide, there were 6 of us, book with a guide (great trip)
Diving/snorkeling trip for a whole day,
They are based by the mini golf course and the boat is at the pier outside the hotel, very friendly people, again book with a guide.. the kids also got to try diving with their own guide, negotiate when you book!.
As you can see from the review, if you have the opportunity (approx. 10% more than the total sum) you get a separate guide, the trip then goes from a 3-4 star to a 4-5 star.
