Good hotel, clean and comfortable, staff are helpful and friendly. Good location for the Ramblas, Metro and an ideal base for exploring Barcelona.

Hotel is a bit outdated and the rooms are small, but kept clean with clean sheets and towels everyday to make up for this. Service and situation are very good. j.de boer

I arrived at the hotel but they told me they had a problem with hot water and they had to transfer me to another hotel. It was a bit of a shock but everything turned out good at the end. They transferred us to hotel Aranea which is a 3 star hotel. I had booked a room + breakfast for 3 nights and the Aranea Hotel still guaranteed the breakfast though it was a higher category hotel. They even payed the taxi transfer from Auto Hogar to Hotel Aranea!

By the way the hotel was clean and everyone was nice.

I\'ve been there for four days and I took individual room, and they gave me a room with "the view" on patio. At first I didn\'t find the window, since it was so small. I know they have better rooms and I wasn\'t pleased with it. However, since I was there only when I came to sleep, and since the room was clean, I didn\'t make any complain on the reception.

Great location just 5 minutes walk to la ramblas but the hotel rooms were very poor for 77 a night it was more like a prison than a hotel room. The shower was filthy.
