    We made the booking and for some reason the hotel did not receive the booking via Destinia. The Hotel called multiple times to Destinia to try to get it resolved. After an hour of trying and no results the hotel decided to let us stay in the room first and then they would try to keep further resolving the booking issues. The booking got resolved the next day given the persistence of the hotel.
